HUNT Welcomes 13 New Associates

HUNT Real Estate ERA | Columbus Division Merges 2 Branches in Brighton-Pittsford

The Branch Welcomes 13 New Associates

Rochester, NY – Buffalo-based HUNT Real Estate ERA | Columbus Division announced Tuesday the merger of its Brighton-Pittsford and Penfield branches, which will result in the addition of 13 real estate sales agents to the Brighton-Pittsford agent roster.  The transition is led by the Branch Leader of the former Penfield office, Don Simonetti, Jr., who will act as co-Branch Leader of the combined Brighton-Pittsford branch.

Located at 3300 Monroe Avenue, the Brighton-Pittsford branch is a state-of-the-art real estate facility that will now boast more than 120 real estate sales professionals.  The merger, which will add more than $16 million in new sales volume to the Brighton-Pittsford production, is slated for completion by mid-July.

“As we continue to build our presence in Rochester with a team of the most professional realtors in the market, I look forward to our future in this office and the marketplace in general,” said Don Simonetti, Jr., co-Branch Leader of the newly combined Brighton-Pittsford branch.

As HUNT continues its growth in the Rochester market, it will centralize its local business operations and support team in the Penfield location.  The new Regional Operations Center will be reconfigured to house local marketing, career development, training, recruiting, mortgage and other support functions.  This site will also be utilized as a retail location by HUNT ERA agents who conduct business in Penfield or the surrounding areas.

Until recently, HUNT Real Estate ERA | Columbus Division had 100 agents affiliated with the Brighton-Pittsford branch.  In late April, the company announced transition of 20 highly productive agents from a competing broker, which significantly increased HUNT’s market share in Rochester.  The newly combined productive capacity of the Brighton-Pittsford branch will be among the largest in greater Rochester metro area.

"We are very excited about this merger.  It’s a testament to our strength in and commitment to the local market as the fastest growing real estate company nationwide,” said Jeanne Olson, Branch Leader of HUNT’s Brighton-Pittsford branch.

The recently transitioned agents will continue to offer homebuyers and sellers a wide variety of valuable products and services that HUNT ERA offers, including Seller Select marketing plan, home warranty plans, the ERA Sellers Security Plan and a complete array of homeownership services.  The agents who have transitioned to the Brighton-Pittsford branch are: Michael Ciavarri, Michael Herrman, Janet Huddle, Amanda Keller, Amy Lute, Allan Mason, Joseph Simeone, Don Simonetti, Sr., Patricia Tanner, Keith Varnado, Glenn Wert, Amy Jo White and Thomas Yale.
