Jeff Lucas is a 25-year veteran in the fields of real estate sales, management, and ownership.  He moved to Phoenix in 1995 and founded The Lucas Group soon after. Within four years, The Lucas Group was the highest revenue producing team in Arizona. The Lucas Group, affiliated with ERA in 2004, partnered with HUNT Real Estate in 2007. Jeff has facilitated the expansion of the company from 2 to over 60 agents and counting.

Jeff has a strong background in teaching and real estate.  His specific areas of expertise include contract, sales, and marketing training for real estate agents.  Jeff has a reputation for consistently producing agents with high integrity, grounded strong foundations in education. He prides himself on creating a culture where agents can learn and succeed in an open, sharing, and fun environment.
