You can establish a User Profile to access the advanced features of
this Web site. There are many advantages to establishing a User Profile,
such as:
- The system can remember your property searches
- The system can remember your favorite properties
- You can elect to be notified by e-mail when new properties that match
your preferred search criteria come on the market
Once you've established a User Profile, the system will be able to recognize
you during subsequent visits. This is accomplished by one of two methods,
depending on your preferences; either by reading the profile settings
from your computer, or by password-protected login.
To login, simply click on the "login" link that appears in
the right-side column of most site pages. When you are logged in, any
properties that you've saved will also appear. If you don't remember your
user information or encounter other difficulties, please contact webmaster
by e-mail.
If you prefer to have the system automatically recognize you, the Web
site can be set to read your profile settings from your computer. In order
for this to occur the system will need to save a short text file (called
a cookie) on the computer you use to access the site. If you've set your
security preferences to prevent cookies or if you use another computer,
you will have to use the login methodology. Please note that if you'd
like to take advantage of this option you'll need to indicate this in
your profile settings. The system will automatically log you in the first
time you establish an account, but will NOT set a cookie by default.
Your account will automatically be discontinued after 30 days of non-activity.
